Deliveries and Returns

Delivery

Please be aware that the following delivery process is temporary and as demand and production levels are established for this exciting new range of products we will be providing quicker and more varied delivery options.

Delivery is currently available in the UK and all EU countries and all orders will be sent using Royal Mail Services.

Delivery will be charged at standard 1st Class Royal Mail prices and will be calculated based on the weight of the items.

Products are made to order. Your item(s) will be dispatched within 5-7 days of an order being placed and you will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Although 1st Class Royal Mail is a next day service they will not guarantee this and we must allow 10 working days before a claim for a missing package can be made.

Please note that most of our products will not fit through the standard letter box so please try to use a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the order.

If no one is present on delivery a calling card will be left. If the items are then not collected from the local sorting office within 3 weeks your order will be returned to us and a redelivery fee will be incurred.

Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive that can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Should you have any reason to want to return an item please email us at admin@sweaterco.co.uk and please allow 48 working hours for a response.

Please note all returns are to be received by SweaterCo Ltd within 14 days of despatch. All items received after the 14 days will not be eligable for exchange or refund.

Due to the confidence we have in the quality of our products we offer a full exchange or refund policy.
